About the Chef
My journey began at Bouchon in Beverly Hills, training under the legendary Thomas Keller. I later refined my craft at The French Laundry — one of the world's most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens. Today, I carry that same precision, artistry, and reverence for ingredients into your home.

All menus are all-inclusive — chef's professional fee, premium ingredients, complete table setup, plating, service throughout the evening, and full kitchen clean-up afterward. You simply enjoy the experience.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time to customize your menu. For peak dates, holidays, and larger events, 4–6 weeks notice is ideal.
Absolutely. We take dietary needs seriously. Whether you're gluten-free, vegan, kosher, or managing a severe allergy, we tailor every menu to your requirements — without compromising on flavor or elegance.
Not at all. We've worked in home kitchens, villas, yachts, and event spaces of all kinds. As long as there's a functional stove and oven, we bring everything else needed to deliver a seamless experience.
We serve all of Southern California — Los Angeles and its neighborhoods, Santa Barbara wine country, Orange County (Newport, Laguna), and San Diego's coastal communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Just reach out.
Our menus are designed for intimate gatherings starting at 2 guests. For very large events of 15+ guests, we'll discuss staffing and logistics during your consultation to ensure impeccable service throughout.
We understand plans change. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are fully refunded. Within 7 days, a 50% deposit is retained to cover ingredient procurement and scheduling. We'll always do our best to reschedule.
